Serving advanced technicians and taught by veteran instructors and technicians, our Chiller Tear-Down Training Program is a special opportunity for large, commercial-grade chiller technicians to advance their careers within Modigent.

No program offers technicians the specialized training in large mechanical maintenance and repair like Modigent does. Our Applied Service program gives trainees the chance to build their experience with advanced diagnostics, routine upkeep, emergency services, technology upgrades, and integration of energy-efficient, high-performance solutions. Our program builds confidence and the skills to deliver quality service in environments such as hospitals, manufacturing facilities, office complexes, shopping centers, and hotels. These “applied” systems involve specialized design for unique building applications, so we equip our technicians with the exact skills required to service them.
