As Modigent’s Chief Legal and Risk Officer, Ashley leads the company’s legal, risk management, safety, and compliance functions, partnering with executive leadership to support strategic growth, strengthen governance, and protect the enterprise. She brings more than a decade of in-house leadership experience advising public and private companies in the construction and energy industries.
Before joining Modigent, Ashley held in-house legal positions at JE Dunn Construction Company and Liberty Energy, as well as dual legal and risk management roles at Comfort Systems USA and Renu. She began her legal career at a boutique litigation firm in Houston, Texas, representing construction companies in claims and disputes on projects, as well as employment law matters. Ashley earned a B.A. in History from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from Baylor University.
