In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Chris directs and oversees all financial activities for Modigent. With more than 27 years of executive leadership, process improvement consulting, and mergers and acquisitions experience, Chris drives everything from business strategy development to operational performance improvement and profit-driving initiatives. His deep experience is founded on a results-oriented approach and broad industry knowledge gained from serving clients across healthcare, manufacturing, construction, distribution, and transportation. Chris has spent more than a decade providing financial advisory and strategic consulting services through Accordion, partnering with companies to identify and implement sustainable profit improvement, streamline operations, and align business strategy with financial performance. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Motor Coach Industries and worked for various private equity institutions executing acquisitions and divestitures, managing complex capital restructurings, and arranging alternative financing. Chris holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and a CPIM from DePaul University.
