With more than 20 years of experience working for multinational corporations, notable consulting firms, and a leading regional development bank, Gustavo serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, leading our acquisition efforts and development of our strategic partnerships.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions (Americas) and business unit CFO at Sodexo and as Senior Manager of Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. Gustavo earned his M.S. in Finance from George Washington University, his M.B.A. from Instituto para el Desarrollo Empresarial de la Argentina (“IDEA”), and his B.S. in Accounting (CPA) from the University of Buenos Aires. He holds an active CPA license in Virginia and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
