Kelly brings 25 years of combined leadership and industry-specific experience to her role as Chief People Officer and Executive Counsel for M&A and Integration. She works together with Modigent’s leadership and team members to support our family of operating companies from acquisition, through integration, and into Modigent’s daily people-focused business. Kelly is responsible for leading all aspects of talent acquisition, workforce development, human resources, and legal and people matters for M&A.
Her comprehensive and versatile industry experience supports our company’s viable growth by fostering an empowered, effective, and informed culture. Kelly is passionate about helping our people and our company reach their goals through clear communication, engagement, collaboration, care, and ownership. Prior to joining Modigent, Kelly served as the Chief Legal and People Officer for The Brandt Companies. She holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University and a B.F.A. from SFA.
