At Modigent, we offer a multitude of ways for people to develop in the workplace, advance their earning potential, and experience fulfillment in their careers. Our mentorship program is designed for our senior technicians to develop younger service technicians in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, and controls. We also offer over 2,000 different courses covering general learning, leadership development, and management training. Each program moves participants toward certifications that enable them to advance professionally.
Apprenticeship Training Program
Modigent builds its future success through its highly-qualified apprenticeship program that offers personalized mentorship focused on trainee’s well-being and career aspirations. Open to current team members and new hires, this 4-year program focuses on developing and upleveling skills in the areas of HVAC-R and plumbing services. This is a full-time, paid training opportunity that grants participants access to a nationally accredited self-paced learning platform. With VR interactives and comprehensive classroom time, NCCER Certified Instructors are dedicated to preparing students for a successful future.
Team Member Trainings
Sales Development Program
This six-month program fosters collaboration between various types of sales professionals, while enabling personal and professional growth. The program culminates in 30-hour simulated role-play event where participants showcase what they’ve learned.
Next Level Leader
Over the course of three days, leaders cultivate their personal approach to leadership. The principles they learn build the skills necessary to confidently make positive changes for everyone in their organization.
Chiller Tear-Down Training
One week, 32 hours. Modigent’s rigorous course uses classroom instruction and hands-on tear-down training to upskill the high-performing technicians across its operating companies who service advanced, large-scale commercial chiller units.
